Thank you for choosing FlowZap. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FlowZap website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

3. Use of FlowZap

You may use FlowZap only in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for your content and must not infringe the rights of others.

4. Beta Access & Subscriptions

During the Beta period, the Service is offered free of charge. FlowZap reserves the right to introduce paid plans in the future with prior notice. We will alert users in advance when that happens.

5. Intellectual Property

FlowZap and its licensors retain all intellectual-property rights. You retain ownership of content you create within the Service, including FlowZap Code and .fz files.

6. Third-Party Integrations & Exports

FlowZap provides export functionality to third-party automation platforms (n8n, Make.com) and integrations with AI assistants via the MCP protocol. These exports are provided "as-is" and FlowZap is not responsible for how exported data is processed by third-party services. Users are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platforms they use.

7. Public API Usage

FlowZap provides public API endpoints for validation and playground creation. These are subject to rate limits and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Abuse of API endpoints may result in IP blocking.

8. AI-Generated Content

FlowZap offers AI-powered code generation features. AI-generated content is provided for convenience and may contain errors. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs before use in production systems.

9. Template Library

FlowZap provides a library of process templates. Templates are provided for educational and reference purposes. Users may download, modify, and use templates in their own projects.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

FlowZap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
