We share limited data with the following service providers under strict confidentiality agreements: AI services (Perplexity) for code generation features, email delivery services for notifications, and authentication providers for login services.

When using AI-powered features, your prompts are sent to third-party AI services for processing. These services have their own privacy policies. We do not store your prompts beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
7. MCP Server & External Integrations
When using FlowZap through external integrations (MCP servers, AI assistants), your requests are processed through our public APIs. We log IP addresses and request metadata for security and rate-limiting purposes. We do not access your diagrams or account data through these integrations.
8. Public Playground Sessions
Playground sessions created via the public API are ephemeral (15-minute TTL) and do not require authentication. Content shared via playground URLs is temporarily accessible to anyone with the link.

We implement industry-standard measures to protect your information; however, no method is 100% secure.

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting us through our feedback form.
