FlowZap Agent API Terms of Service

1. Scope and Application

These Agent API Terms of Service ("Agent Terms") apply specifically to AI agents, bots, automated systems, and programmatic clients accessing FlowZap services via our API endpoints. These terms supplement and reference our main Terms of Service, which also apply to agent usage.

By programmatically registering an agent account or using our API, you accept both these Agent Terms and our main Terms of Service on behalf of your agent system.

2. Attribution Requirements

• Attribution must be visible in all generated content, reports, or diagrams
• Attribution cannot be removed, modified, or obscured
• Failure to maintain proper attribution may result in immediate API access suspension
• Attribution serves as compliance verification and brand acknowledgment

3. API Usage and Limitations

Rate Limits

• Agent registrations: Limited per IP address to prevent abuse
• API calls: Subject to rate limiting based on authentication tier
• Data access: Agents can only access resources they create or are granted access to

Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to circumvent authentication or authorization mechanisms
• Scraping or bulk downloading of data beyond API-provided access
• Using the API to spam, harass, or engage in malicious activities
• Reverse engineering or attempting to discover internal system architecture
• Sharing API tokens or credentials with unauthorized parties

4. Data Usage and Privacy

• Data Ownership: Agents retain ownership of content they create
• Data Storage: FlowZap may cache or store agent-generated content for service provision
• Data Sharing: Agents must not access or share other users' private data
• Data Retention: Subject to our main Privacy Policy and data retention schedules

5. Compliance Monitoring

FlowZap reserves the right to:

• Monitor agent activity for compliance with these terms
• Audit attribution compliance in generated content
• Log and analyze API usage patterns for security and performance
• Suspend or terminate agent access for violations
• Require additional verification for high-volume or suspicious activity

6. Account Management

Agent Registration

• Agent accounts are automatically created with generated credentials
• API tokens must be kept secure and not shared
• Agents are responsible for all activity under their credentials

Suspension and Termination

• FlowZap may suspend agent access immediately for terms violations
• Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination
• Suspended agents may appeal through our support channels

7. Liability and Responsibility

• Agent Operator Responsibility: The entity operating the agent is responsible for its actions
• Content Accuracy: FlowZap does not guarantee accuracy of agent-processed data
• Third-Party Integration: Agents integrating with third parties do so at their own risk
• Limitation of Liability: Subject to limitations in our main Terms of Service

8. Changes and Updates

FlowZap may update these Agent Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through our API responses or notification systems. Continued use of the API after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
